Gabriel D. Guerrero
Gabriel D. Guerrero grew up in East Los Angeles and attended Cathedral High School before attending the University of Southern California (USC) and becoming President of the Latino Business Students Association (LBSA). He began his career at a large commercial real estate firm and won coveted High Achievers Awards there until starting his own commercial real estate company in 2002.
He was recognized by USC's LBSA and given the award for his mentorship of young Latinos and Latinas. He started SCCRE in Downtown Los Angeles and has helped many Latinos and Latinas achieve tremendous financial success. He has spoken at USC's Business School about a range of Latino issues that face Latinos today, and has been a frequent motivational speaker inspiring Latinos and Latinas to change their lives and their mindsets towards a better tomorrow.
My father is currently serving a federal sentence related to a tax case. Our family disagrees with the amount he was found to owe, and that matter is between him, his attorneys, and the courts.
What isn't in question is the work he did for our community. For more than two decades in Los Angeles commercial real estate, he mentored and helped many Latinos and Latinas build real financial success — work USC's Latino Business Students Association honored with its mentorship award. Those same lessons shaped how I was raised.
While he's away, I'm carrying this work forward, alongside people who've lived these principles in their own lives. When he returns, he'll be adding his own lessons to the Blueprint, free for every founding member.

Who teaches the course? +
Your host is Samuel Guerrero, Gabriel's son. He walks you through every chapter of the book, joined by Latino entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals who share how they've put these principles to work in real life.
Why isn't Gabriel teaching the course? +
Gabriel is currently away serving a federal sentence related to a tax case. While he's away, his son Samuel hosts the course, and Gabriel will add his own lessons when he returns — free for founding members. .
Do I need to read the book first? +
No. The course stands on its own — every lesson recaps the story before teaching the principle. But most people say the book makes the course hit harder, and the course makes the book's Call To Actions actually get done.
How much time does this take per week? +
Plan for 30–45 minutes a week: 2–3 lessons at 6–12 minutes each, plus one Action Win. The whole course runs about 3 hours of video end to end.
Is it available in Spanish? +
Lessons are recorded in English with Spanish subtitles on every video, so the course is fully accessible to Spanish-dominant family members too.
What happens after the founding rate closes? +
