Gabriel D. Guerrero
Gabriel D. Guerrero grew up in East Los Angeles and attended Cathedral High School before attending the University of Southern California (USC) and becoming President of the Latino Business Students Association (LBSA). He began his career at a large commercial real estate firm and won coveted High Achievers Awards there until starting his own commercial real estate company in 2002.
He was recognized by USC's LBSA and given the award for his mentorship of young Latinos and Latinas. He started SCCRE in Downtown Los Angeles and has helped many Latinos and Latinas achieve tremendous financial success. He has spoken at USC's Business School about a range of Latino issues that face Latinos today, and is a frequent motivational speaker inspiring Latinos and Latinas to change their lives and their mindsets towards a better tomorrow.

No. The course stands on its own — every lesson recaps the story before teaching the principle. But most people say the book makes the course hit harder, and the course makes the book's Call To Actions actually get done.
How much time does this take per week? +
Plan for 45–60 minutes a week: 3–5 lessons at 6–12 minutes each, plus one Action Win. The whole course runs about 5–6 hours end to end.
Is it available in Spanish? +
Lessons are recorded in English with Spanish subtitles on every video, so the course is fully accessible to Spanish-dominant family members too.
